Garden Deep Clean Bigger than I thought
Oh no! It is always trouble when my husband is on vacation from work. He can come up with some grand projects to do. His latest, move the garden and make it bigger. We had an area on our property that was little used. Over the past year the old dead pine trees that occupied that area fell down. Since it really opened up the area and it does retain moisture better than our old garden spot, my husband had decided it would be the best spot to put the new garden. A bigger garden. I see his thoughts and agree that the area would be much better for our garden and a bigger garden means more canned goods and produce to sell this summer at market. So our garden deep clean has now turned into a major project that will be occupying the rest of the week. I just hope this keeps him so occupied that he doesn't come up with anymore big projects before he goes back to work on Monday. With all of us working though we should have the garden ready and raring to go by the time he goes back with the exception of the fencing. That will take a little more time. Good thing my other work is just about done for the week!
