If you are like me, you are looking at the date and thinking Christmas is right around the corner. This is really the time of year when we could use a little extra cash. Here are three quick and relatively painless ways to make a little extra spending money.
1. Consign those clothes that neither you nor your children wear anymore. The added bonus of this is that you clean out your closets along the way.
2. Sell the books you no longer read or need online. Amazon is a great site for this. The added bonus...your bookshelves get tidied up and you have room to buy more books!
3. Have a yard sale. You can even do this with facebook, in some areas, and don't have to go through the trouble of setting up in your yard. We have a facebook yardsale group for our area. This makes it super easy and the added bonus is that you can clean out and list a little at a time rather than having to do it all at once.
These three things really don't take that much effort. They may not yield a lot of cash, but a little here and there can really add up. Happy money making from the farm. Kat
