Tired and Tuckered Stew

This is so easy to make, most of your work involves a can opener. It is also a great way to get your kids to eat lima beans.

Ingredients:
1 lb. smoked sausage*
1 lb. ground meat browned and drained**
1 31 oz. can baked beans (I use Bush's homestyle)
1 can kidney beans
1 can lima beans
1 can chili beans (again I use Bush's)
1 can corn
Either 1 cup chili sauce or 1 packet chili seasoning mixed with 1 cup water
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 onion chopped fine
1 tbls. Tabasco sauce or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper***

* Can use 1/2 lb. cut small and freeze the other 1/2 for another time
** I use 1/2 a lb. because there is plenty of protein with the beans and sausage added. Freeze the other 1/2 lb. for another time.
*** adjust to suit taste. This does have a little kick so if the kids are eating this you may want to cut down or cut this out.

Directions: DO NOT DRAIN THE WATER OUT OF THE CANS. Combine all ingredients in the crock pot and stir to mix. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with biscuits and topped with cheese.
