Ham and Beans Casserole

Ingredients:
2 tbls. butter
1 or 2 cups cooked chopped ham
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 medium onion chopped
1 tbls. minced garlic
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp.reg. mustard*
1 can drained kidney beans
1 can lima beans drained
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbls. red wine vinegar (optional)

Directions:
melt butter in skillet over medium low heat. add ham brown and remove from pan. Then add to pan onion and celery, sprinkle with salt and pepper and lightly brown about 5 or 6 minutes. Then add ketchup, mustard, beans, sugar and vinegar. Mix well and pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Place ham on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
