1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
12 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cooked egg noodles
1/2 cup water
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1. Brown ground beef and drain
2. Add cream of mushroom soup and water, simmer about 5 minutes
3. In a bowl mix cream cheese and sour cream together
4. In a casserole dish layer beef, noodles, cream cheese mix, and cheddar until all are used up.
5. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
This is great served with salad and bread.
