Eight States Have Declared Sovereignty

Eight states have recently declared their sovereignty. The Federal government has been stepping on states rights for too long and the states are beginning to get upset. Let's see.... where have we heard "states rights" before? Oh yeah, in the 1850s right before South Carolina took the bold move in seceeding from the Union on December 20, 1860. It will be interesting to watch and see where this goes. It will be interesting to see what the federal government has to say for itself. Here are the states and the links to their declarations of sovereignty.

New Hampshire
Arizona
Montana
Michigan
Missouri
Oklahoma
Hawaii
Washington

Hi Kat,
This is my first time here and I just wanted to say this post is great and sad all at once. So many people have bought the garbage fed to us in public school that they don't know that when the constitution was signed it was with the ability to seperate from the union at any time. Well, Mr. Lincoln didn't like that so he and his friends began to set up an American empire, not a united one. The war wasn't about slavery but about states rights. I wish more people knew the truth and I hope these states continue to defy our current government. A good book about these times and actions is "The Real Lincoln" by Thomas DiLorenzo. Thanks for letting me share and thanks for getting this info out. Blessings. April

Thanks April, I am very glad to have you stop by. I think I have heard good things about that book, but haven't had a chance to read it yet. It is sad that our country has come to this, but thank God that there are American still willing to stand up for our Constitution and the vision of our founding fathers. May God be with us all. God bless you in your journey and I hope you come back for a visit.
